The brick was totalled 200 1983

So...the 4th of July, a drunk 21 yo girl, hit my '83 245GL wagon (240,000 miles) after she hit 3 other cars in the neighborhood. Her insurance admitted fault, but totalled the brick of course, not bad damage to my Volvo (new bumper, headlight bucket, rf quarter panel), but they took $400 off the value for high mileage. Has anybody had any luck fighting this high mileage deduction? Thanks!

Dave
