Hot stall, no restart. 900

Hi all.

My wife's '93 945T will start and run fine for 10-15 minutes. Then it will stall and not restart. Let it set for a few minutes and it starts and runs for a minute. She'll get it limped home, then I go out and start it a couple hours later, and let it idle in the driveway for 30 minutes... no problem. (?)

This has been getting worse over the last few days to the point where last evening, it would not restart. We went back a couple hours later, and it started fine, and ran fine for the 3 mile trip home.
I replaced the usual suspects: Radio Supression Relay, Fuel Injection Relay, and Power Stage Amplifier. (All of which were only 1 year old.) Did not yet replace the RPM Sensor -- but that's also only one year old.

My wife took the car to work this morning, and said it started "hunting/surging" after about 10 minutes of driving -- but it didn't stall. (BTW it started hunting/surging ysterday evening prior to the complete failure.)

I checked the OBD codes, and the only thing I got was a missing signal from the MAF Sensor because I had tried running it without that connected.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
