The 20 and 25 denotes the offset in the rim in mm. Don't know if 5mm will make a difference. You will be putting a slightly narrower tire. 195 verses 185mm. On the back don't think it would make a difference. I probably would put one on the front, and check for clearance, ie brakes, strut etc.
