I want to scream. 200

So both me and my fiancee is freaking out since her 1st day of work is on Tuesday and of course, the Volvo won't start...It doesn't even turn over.

It can't be the starter or the solenoid since I've put about 2,000 miles on it in the past 2 months and the starter has not made any inclination of being faulty whatsoever. All of the wiring to the starter and solenoid are perfect which makes me think it's the neutral safety switch?

Alldata and Bentley have given me two different locations of the switch. Bentley tells me it's on the transmission and alldata tells me it's underneath the shifter cover which I didn't see it.

So where IS this switch, and is this even the problem? I think I'm going to have an anxiety attack, that or smash the car up in a fit of rage.
