front suspension woes 444-544

Hello all, Due to a long term steering box leak (yes...I should have fixed it)the tie rod end and the bushing connecting the the steering rod to the pitman arm have gone bad. I need to repair all 3 problems. I have been researching brickboard and the manuals. I still have a few questions.

Is a pitman arm the same as an idler arm? I am only finding parts for idler arms.

The tie rod end seems obvious but what parts do I need for the pitman arm and steering box?

Should I be able to do all of this myself? Will I need any special tools?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
