89 240 wagon for sale, How much should ask for it 200 1989

Bought the wagon in Pittsburgh,Pa in 2002 with just under 130,000. Now with over 180,000 Girl friend wants one with an air bag. I hate to sell it. Its been a reliable car with no accidents The Car fax report is clean and consistent.
When I bought it the rust was just beginning to eat through the lower front edge of the drivers door. In 2007 I replaced the section of inner and outer sill and 6inches of floor pan from where it begins back approximately 2ft. This wasn't just a tack on job. I was concerned about the structural integrity and welded it in with complete seams on the inside and and out where there were double overlays. When I fixed the door,I no longer had the use of the mig and used fiberglass backed with the fiber glass cloth and nylon screening. There are also a few small spots of surface rust that I cleaned and painted.
The only repair needed is the bushing in the transmission tail housing. The brakes , rotors calipers front wheel bearings and front dust shields, as well as the complete muffler system including converter have been replaced in the past 2 yrs.. There has also been a slight whine in the rear at around 60 mph that has been there since I bought the car and has not worsened.
I don't want to give the car away nor take advantage of anyone. Except for the for mentioned rust work, the body is very clean considering the climate here in Rochester,NY.
