91 240 lower control arm rear bushing nut torque 200

What is proper torque for nut on rear control arm bushing? (37-44 Ft. Lbs)?

I think I remember reading a post that said tighten to final torque with weight on wheels.

How do you get an 18mm socket on a 3/8 drive torque wrench to the nut (especially on right side with exhaust pipes in the way)?

I can get an 18mm open end/ box end in there but not torque wrench/socket.

Thanks
