AC fuse keeps blowing 200

Hi all, just trying to check off another item on my list of things to fix on my car and the AC is in order.

I just got the system refilled and the AC is cold. However the fuse keeps blowing and then the compressor does not turn on and then the car eventually blows marginally cold air, actually not cold at all. What would be the first thing that you check?
