Transmission Override Switch 200

The override function in my '90 240 (Auto Tranny) just stopped working. At this time, the transmission will not engage the override gear when I press the button. The orange arrow is constantly on even after I turn off the car and turn it back on. I have researched this a little on this site and found that it could be the OD relay, bad fuse #12 or compromised connections. Are there any other possibilities for the problem? Where is the OD relay located?
