AC Fuel Pump Repair. 444-544

I have never seen an A/C glass bowl fuel pump for a B18 with a primer handle,. . .

Neither have I, Eric. The ones I was referring to were on B16s.

I'm trying to identify the pump I have. I suspect it was on an early B18 because the 122S I bought in 1961 was one of the last ones made with the B16 and it had the primer handle, but am still not certain. (The way Volvo used to mix and match parts in those days, makes it hard sometimes to tell what is what.) There are no identification marks on it, except for "Made in England" on the flange below the outlet orifice, which has "AC" on it, and "7950582" on one side of the rocker arm and "32B" on the other. The valve retainer clip is absent, although it does have the screw holes for it in the casting, but these weren't tapped. The valves appear to be simply pressed in, and the casting doesn't show any of the punched distortions in the rim around the valves. It has been quite a while, but I seem to remember going through the lock punching exercise when I rebuilt B16 pumps, way back when.
