Just run the comp test again. It can be done in less time than it takes to post the question. If you let it crank enough to quit climbing, the throttle open will make very little diff, but it is the proper way to do it. So, do it again with the throttle open.

If it really is 110, that is way low. Check your valve lash to see if it has closed up. Then check the cam timing. Even one tooth off will make a lot if diff to the comp. If healthy, it would be around 170 - 180.
