engine stall 200 1990

25 amp fuse holder
main fuel pump relay, resolder the board or get another one to try
fuses 6 and 4, make sure contacts clean but this may not be warm up type prob.
if you are in hot climate, then does it run well in evening or early AM when cool outside? have had crazy problem recently with heat, prob was in tank pump being dead or intermittent, caused main pump to overheat and die,, run after cool down but your 30 seconds to a minute timing seems too fast for pump trouble..
does your distributor have the inboard hall sensor?? if so, could be heat triggered.. not easy to swap in a hurry, easier to plug in another distributor if you have another 240 around or a good friend with one?
