Odd 240 headlight switch engine cut-out issue 200 1991

Hi all - lately I've noticed an odd problem with my 1991 240 wagon. When I pull out of the parking garage at low speed, I switch off the headlights. Simultaneously, the engine seems to "hiccup". Could it be a voltage spike causing the computer to freak out? I thought I'd check the FI fuse holder for corrosion, but I see no sign of a fuse holder there (our 88 240 has one - was it deleted on the later 240s?)
