Help. Engine won't start after changing temp sensor. 200 1993

I was getting the code that the engine temp sensor was not sending the correct signal so I installed a new one. In order to get in I removed the throttle body and the 3 hoses to the intake manifold (above the throttle body). After reassembly, the engine cranks but will not start. I have spark and I can smell fuel on a plug when pulled (though it is not wet). The cable to the throttle body is plugged in, as is the temp sensor and the AMM.

What did I do?
