No Start 700 1987

I was checking each pin separately to ground. Thats why I was surprised to get voltage from both. I was under the impression that one of them should come back with no voltage at all. I believe you are correct about it having 2 fuel pumps.


Anyway, I hate to give up but I already missed one day of work. I used my AAA to get the 740 towed to a shop about 25 min away. They seem like good people and they specialize in Volvos. They are supposed to be able to look at it today and let me know what they find. I will definitely post again when I hear from them.

Thanks again for all of the advice for things to check. I would have been dead in the water without your help.
