Can a bad rear caliper cause the front rotors to warp? 200

Has anyone experienced this? - If the rear braking power is reduced, can the front rotors overheat and warp as a result?

I have a '92 240 and the front rotors have warped twice in the last 8 months. I had them turned in January, and they warped again so I put in new ones in April. They are warped again (now August) and I have noticed a rear caliper is sticking and/or one of the pads isn't pressing against the rear disk.

It's a daily driver - the car gets plenty of use (245K total miles).

My current plan is to replace the defective rear caliper, turn the front rotors, and reassemble.

Thanks.
