Yes, the bolts are on the other side. Easy to miss if you don't know where to look.

Next step - Getting the cover off the area where the pilot bearing goes. I had an old Volvo mechanic help me with this step - He ended up filling the cavity full of grease, grinding a metal rod down to fit in the hole almost perfectly, and then hammering it in to let the grease do the work of pressing the cover off.
