Replacing the radiator mounted sensor and getting frustrated (predictably). I have lubed it up with a waterbased lubricant (Surgilube). I am using the black gasket (bought at Volvo dealer)(is the Volvo supplied red one better?). The radiator is a replacement with black plastic tank ends (if that is the right term). Are there any helpful tips out there?
