real world value 200

After being hit in a parking lot today (his fault), I am expecting the totaled vs repair battle with the insurance company as the repairs will be more than book value. So what is the real world value? It is a 1988 240 wagon. It has a 5 speed, ac and 339k mileage. The original paint is on a rust free body. It's never been on a rollback and the engine has never been opened as far as I know. I'm sure they won't care about such items as regular maintenance but it has been done (have a written record of every nut turned and every tank of gas). I have included a link to a 10 month old photo. Thanks, Bob
