Loss of power 120-130

Drove home tonight. Everything's just fine. Nice power, etc...
Car's carbs are rebuilt, gas tank is fine, fuel pump is fine, plugs and wires are new, etc.

Had some dinner, went out about 30 minutes later....car is noticeably down on power and a certain "flutter-y" sound coming from the carbs. Not the normal sound. Plus the temperature gauge won't get above 100F.

Thoughts.
