True Believer - Volvo Safetyness 900

This is my 1994 940T that was wrecked Saturday, when my 20 years old college son fall asleep in the freeway on the way home for a visit. He got hit by a Pickup truck towing a big boat. Car spins around and both party end up down in a ditch. Son escaped with only few scratches from broken glasses when he climb out from the passenger window. Just a Tylenol tablets to relieved some body ached but no hospital. I believed if he is not in a volvo things might have been a different situation. And I'm very thankful for that and to our lord.
This is my second volvo that got involved in accident already, the first one was our first family car a 87 240DL. Give it to my daughter when she started driving and got involved in a finder binder in the freeway also 4 years ago. Car got totaled but she came out safe with just a sore body for a couple of days.
Sometimes, relatives asked why this squarey cars and I'll just smile and said for safety! Now It's been proven to me twice. I still have two left in hand, a 99 V70XC & a 99 S70T5 but soon in a process of looking for a replacement for my two kids. More Volvos nothing else. Volvo for life!!!!
