Pulling a B6304 engine: How difficult and how many hours? 900

I'm tempted to do this to the 93 I'm dismantling (albeit sadly and slowly). The engine in my 97 doesn't have the same power and I would like to keep this around. My problem is storage: this would have to reside in my basement and make it down five stairs through a small doorway. I'm not sure the wife will be too pleased, but maybe if I clean it up... It needs a rear main seal and cam seals.

Or, the other option is to just pull the cams and if they work in the 97, just try that modification some day.
