That's embarrassing.

But it reminds me of my MGTD with a plastic gas line run into a gallon paint can of gas on the passenger floor, only temporary while I had the gas tank off.
My dad moved a old Ford truck once by filling a large soup can with gas, then punched a teeny hole in it and positioned it over the down draft carb. This worked better than you'd think.
