I replaced my ignition switch and had the same problem it would come and go.I put in a new pnp switch and thought i fixed it, the symptoms came back. I pulled the new ignition switch out and sprayed some contact cleaner inside it through a little hole in the back of the switch and it fixed it no problems since.
