looking for a new fascia 200

Besides a wreckers/pick 'n pull, you could ask around here or Turbobricks.com or other Volvo website to see if anyone is parting out 240. Try craigslist too, there's usually an add here or there where someone is parting a 240. You could try Tascaparts.com or swedishengineering.com for a new one. Swedishengineering.com could be a good start. Ask to speak with Ben, he's great. I'll email you a copy of the hitch installation instructions. The templates are at the back. You can print out the instructions and then just cut out the template, trace out cut lines on the fascia, cut and file and you're all good. The instructions have you cut out the holes with the fascia still mostly attached to the car, fyi. I think they print out a little smaller than the actual hole should be which is better because you can work your way out with a file with more precision.
