Clutch Judder Problem 120-130

Hello everyone, I'm having some weird clutch issues. Recently I installed a m46 in my 122s but recently I've been having some really bad shakes when ever i let go of the clutch in 1st and 2nd. I had to bolt the slave cyl to the bottom of the car and not the trans because of clearance issue and bell housing was manual clutch not hydraulic. I think for some reason the clutch disc is warped and that is the reason why it judders. Its a new clutch and worked fine in the begining now it seems to be getting worse. The other night it juddered in 3rd gear for the first time. Can anyone figure this one out or how to make the install better?
