Engine dies except at idle 200

Starts perfect, idles perfect. After warm up, any accelerator pedal past high idle causes engine to act as if all the gas is cut off. On cooler mornings, ran perfectly for 15 minutes, then cut off happened. I just replaced the MAF, made no difference. My volvo is 91, 240, automatic.
