strut insert id 700

I saw two cars at the 'mall' that have very recent strut inserts.
One looks just like my Bilstein HD on the top, with the gold nylock nut and then one thread showing, and an allen wrench opening in the top of the strut. But it does not have the giant piston, and does not have the machined gland nut to retain the insert in the strut tube that the HD have. It has a pressed steel gland nut. So, is it a Bilstein Touring? or other guesses?

The other car has a very shiny, possibly chromed, upper piston section and two flats for an open end, above the nut. Most I've seen are not this spiffy, so am looking for a good guess here.
