installation points for rear seat belts? 120-130 1967

Hi all:

It is the goal of mine to be able to use my 122s with my whole family in it. I can't because of no rear seat belts. My mission is to install 3-point seat belts. With thanks to some of the posts here, I found threaded bosses on each side of the car for mounting top and bottom points, but the middle (where the hump is), there is nothing. I just can't make sense of it...why wouldn't there be something to anchor the buckles in the center if there were already threaded bosses on both sides?

Any advice? That is the step that I need to solve before I actually start looking for the right belts themselves.

Thanks!

-DS
