So now that the leak is fixed, rough running. 200 1986

It runs, well, just like every other average 200K plus mile 240 I've seen.
I owned an 83 B23 that was a bit of a hodgepodge with a k-jet head, and it ran about the same.

Visible engine "wiggle" at idle and any steady RPM, speaking of steady, holding a set RPM it varies some. It isn't nearly as noticeable, if at all, driving, but it is from underhood.

This 86 I just had the motor out of and did a host of maintenance, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, valve adjust, hushers, water pump and timing stuff and a new balancer. The valve clearance is good, timing both ignition and valve, the fuel pumps are happy sounding, the pressure regulator isn't leaking, the ECU temp sender is new, the engine harness is a newer replacement and looks good, the vacuum line to the ignition box is good, the air mass meter is a fairly recent looking reman, the intake hoses are new, fuel and air filters new, flame trap replaced and clean, the throttle body is cleaned and adjusted, the idle is set with a cleaned and seems to be good working idle control motor, the cat isn't clogged, the 02 is new and the AMM was adjusted with the LED to a pretty good blink on/off, though I swear it ran a little better with the LED thoroughly OFF before I adjusted it, go figure(though the exhaust is better now). Knock sensor is hooked up and seems to work tapping the block and looking at the timing mark.

I'm out of ideas unless this is just normal operating procedure for a quarter million piston slappy B230. Thoughts?
