Yes, Tony, I'm sure it would help. Polishing plastic is not magic, just takes a lighter touch. Wet sanding with 600/1000 up through 2000 grit sand paper, followed by a buffing or hand polish with rouge or something similar - this is all it takes.

The Turtle Wax kit is nothing but light abrasives and a silicone wipe for the end. It works pretty well, and I'm sure it will polish any plastic.
