Power Door Lock Actuator 200 1985

I recently purchased a 1985 244DL. The passenger door lock is the only lock that did not open when the driver side lock was pushed/pulled. I opened the door panel and took out the actuator. The rubber gasket on the actuator was ripped and had let water in. The original part number is 1380298. I have found some online for about $100. Is this what I am going to have to pay or is there an alternative?
