crankshaft timing gear interchangeability B23f 200

I'm going to the junk yard today to get another timing gear for the crank. It's an 84 with a B23f.

I installed it wrong side out and cracked it. Are my options limited to the B23f, or will the B230 gear work?

Also– any tips about removal would be appreciated. I won't have an impact wrench for the pulley, and I had trouble getting the gear itself off the shaft, even the first time.

Thanks a lot.

Steve
