'85 240 with non-functioning wiper and horn 200

Hi all,

Since I've owned five 240s over the years, I'm the go-to guy for a good friend with an '85 240.

He reports that neither the wipers nor the horn are working. Both are on fuse #2, and according to him the fuse is good.

Assuming that the fuse is good, is there a ground that both the horn and the wiper share that comes out of the steering column? I'm trying to decipher the wiring diagram in my Bentley manual, but to be honest, I'm not sure what I'm seeing.

Any other ideas?
