Symptoms of AMM failure 200

I am trying to track down the cause of a 113 Lh2.4 error code. The O2 sensor output is normal according to the voltmeter. Plus the car is running reasonably well, the tailpipe is light grey (not running rich) and the fuel economy is great (about 700km per tank). The only symptoms are a high idle all the time and hesitation for about 5 minutes after a cold start.

I was sure that the fuel pressure was low, but it is reading normal at the fuel rail. Blocking the return line sent the fuel rail pressure up to 70psi. So that would rule out the fpr and the fuel filter.

I don't have a spare amm to try, so what are the symptoms of AMM failure. I didn't think the car would run at all with a bad amm
