144s Carbs - Rebuild or Replace? 140-160 1971

I just purchased a 1971 144s that is in great shape but the carbs need either rebuilding or replacing. It has the b20b engine with the dual stromberg carbs. I am looking for the cheapest, but still reliable way to replace/rebuild these. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

If you do suggest replacing or rebuilding can you please let me know where to purchase and what type of rebuild kit or replacement carbs to get.
