Price/difficulty for TABs with a shop press?

I've got an 84 244. I think the TABs are shot to hell. The car shifts about wildly on every shift. I thought it was engine/trans mounts and have replaced all of them.

Anyway, if I pull the trailing arms myself, how difficult is it? Is it just 2 bolts per side and they're free? I've got a roadside toolkit with me, since I'm not at home, and I don't have a real floor jack with me.
