An elderly neighbor lady has an '86 240 DL wagon, 123K miles, 5 speed manual, it has been parked for 2-3 years, has a rusted out tailgate, rusted rocker panels, and filthy interior. Trying to come up with a reasonable offer. Tires are new blizzaks, has a new exhaust system, battery is dead and I have not tried to start this car yet. Not sure if this is a parts car or can be cleaned up to be a car for my 17 year old. I'd appreciate some replies on what would be a reasonable offer.
