The review I posted was intended to clear up the confusion their own catalog creates. Apparently JCW doesn't bother to look at their reviews.

A while back I put this together to help with the k-jet pressure gauge, and recently shoe-horned in some photos using it on a turbo. Using the K-jet Fuel Pressure Test Kit – Notes from experience with 1979 Volvo 244DL

I think you got it right about the control pressure getting stronger as it warms up. And I have a feeling the pressure gauge is not going to be the problem solver on this one, except for your comment on springs.
