My dealer didn't have it either, but they put in the order to their distribution warehouse and it was in by noon the next day. I think all Volvo dealers have regular daily deliveries from local warehouses, don't they?

But be sure to give them the p/n I gave you -- one younger parts counter guy thought I only want the brush set was about to order it when an older guy looked over his shoulder on the computer screen and asked me whether I wanted just the brushes or the whole assembled regulator and brushes, so told him I wanted the whole thing (to save my time resoldering, etc.) and he pointed out the right part to the younger guy.
