Plates 120-130

Here in MN we have Antique (horseless carriage vintage), classic for over 25 years old, and YOM plates.

There is no sales tax for classic cars or antique, so some of the high end cars have classic for the privilage of not paying tax on a $100K Jaguar.

The bad thing about classic plates is that the cars can only be used to go to/from auto shows. Owners may not drive them to/from work.

We also do not have 'property tax' on things besides a home.

So my 220 has a 1966-67 license plate on the rear only, registered to the DMV of course. I have watched cops get on the radio behind me and call in the strange numbers, only to have them pass me when they get the OK.

I also like the whitewalls. They add a touch of class to a dark colored car. I wonder what they look like on a white 220?
