Replacing rear window washer nozzle

The car wash just broke the nozzle off my rear window washer ('94 940 wagon). I've purchased a replacement part but haven't been able to figure out how to remove the old one, the part that is right adjacent to the body. As a last resort I suppose I can go after it with a vice grips and chisel, but I'm sure there is a better way.

Any advice how to remove it? Or tips on installing the new one?
