How to clean my interior without destroying it 200 1984

Hey guys. I've got this 84 244DL.

It's got black smudges from something, maybe grease or rubber, on the vinyl headliner and the vinyl door coverings, and a few on the seats.

I can get something to clean the seats, but when I tried to clean the headliner, the white material started to come off. I tried a few things. What worked the best was straight up rubbing alcohol. Even with that, some of the headliner material rubber away.

It looks like the rubber window seals are disintegrating too. Any tips? Any good cleaners that won't eat my car's interior?

Happy Bricking
