codes 113 and 221 200 1990

Hi,

If memory serves me correctly, these codes mean I have rich or lean fuel or something like that. (Sorry, I Am NOT the mechanic, my sister is.) Just to be on the safe side, my sister says the O2 Sensor needs to be changed. Is that a good place to start? Anything else we should look at? I am really nervous about passing smog.

Also, is there somewhere online I can go to look up codes? And instructions for getting the codes and clearing the codes?

Thank you kindly!
Rosy
