wind noise from roof racks 200

The wind noise I thought was coming from elsewhere is likely due to the roof racks installed by the previous owner. My rearview mirror even shakes making the image a little blurry at highway speeds. The racks are custom stainless steel tubing welded together and bolted on the roof sealed with caulking, so removal is not desired. Has anyone dealt with fairings to reduce wind noise or some kind of airfoil I can place on the rack crossmembers?
