Running Rich stumped 900

I have a 92 940 turbo that is running rich. I checked the Mass airflow sensor and the O2 sensor and both of those are operating correctly. Well the MAF does not have a broken wire and I replaced it with a good one from anpther Volvo and it still ran rich. The O2 sensor when I put it on a multi meter you can see the change in the voltage. I replace plugs dis cap and button. The spark plugs looked like it was running rich. I have no clue what else it might be. Thanks ahead for the help.
