Rear Bumper Capatability 200 1991

I was rear ended in my 91 245 at about 40. Bumper took the hit and KILLED the other UN INSURED UN LICENSCED #$%^&*( idiot who hit me. So I need to replace my bumper , shocks & all.

So the question is what fits?
