Any tricks to getting the drive shaft spline boot back on? 200

Took the driveshaft apart while rebuilding the OD and now I can't seem to get that boot back on both sides. I believe its causing my shudder in first gear while accelerating. I'll have to look over the mounts but passenger and transmission mounts are new meryle mounts.

By the way. The rebuild was a total success with it working like new. It switches into OD so smoothly that you can't even tell without watching the rpm and dash light.
