780 seats 700

Michael,

Thanks for the reply! You seem to know a lot about 780 seats. I tried to email you through this site but it bounced.

I have had the seat out, upside down, run a wire through the tracks, and even took the gear box off one side. That track moved well. I have not taken the gear box off the other side because it's a 3 in 1 so rather complicated to remove. Is that my only option left? Will the tracks come off without unhooking too much other stuff? At this point, I'm willing to try anything but don't want to go overboard if it's not necessary. Unfortunately, I've got to do something because the seat is so far forward that I can barely get in!

BTW, sorry to see you are selling your 780. I've been tempted because I picked up an 1800 about 6 months ago. I don't want to use that as my daily driver though...

Patrick
