Troubleshooting no start... is there Power Stage on Rex/Regina system? 700 1991

I've found spark at the spark plug

Puel Pump Relay makes hums for a second after ignition switch turned on

engine cranks but doesn't catch and start

I have a spare power stage to swap in but I can't find the power stage on the car. It's not on the inner drivers side fender. but neither is my battery on that side it's on the passenger side down low.

Maybe the Rex/Regina system doesn't have a power stage like the other vehicles of that range of model years???

any thoughts would be helpful... my daughter just started a new job and she could use her car to get to work.
